A: We accept credit cards issued both in Thailand and
outside of Thailand, we also accept other forms of payment such as bank deposit or PayPal.
Q: I don’t have any credit card, can I use bank transfer?
A: YES, however, Bank Transfer payment is ONLY available within Thailand.

A: YES, if you have any problem with your order details,
please contact us within 24 hours at Lyvali@outlook.com.
However, we cannot promise that we will be able to make changes to your order if you contacted us after 24 hours.
Q: Can I exchange my order for something else?
A: We only replace items with manufacturing defects (not
any damage caused by normal wear)
Q: What is Lyvali’s return policy?
A: To request a refund or an exchange of product. Customer
has to provide 3-4 photographs providing the damaged/defective condition for our internal inspection team. For defective/damaged during the transit, Lyvali will deliver a new product after inspection. However, we will not be responsible for the shipping cost
of the returned parcel. You can return any item for the above reasons within 7 days of receiving your original order.
Returned products must be in its original packaging and
it must not show any sign of use, wear, scratches, or any kind of damage. We reserve the right to reject any returned items if the product show any signs of use

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: YES, but you need to be quick about it as we only accept
order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us at Lyvali@outlook.com or LINE ID: @lyvali . However, we cannot promise that we will able to cancel the delivery if you have already received a confirmation stating that your order has been shipped.
Q: Can I pick up my order from your location?
A: YES, please contact us by Line id: @Lyvali or call
us at 080-466-9988 if you would like to pick up the order yourself.
Q: I received the wrong product?
A: If you feel that you have received the wrong product,
please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product at 080-466-9988.
Q: When will my order get shipped?
A: For Thailand’s order, your order will be shipped either
on a Tuesday or a Friday. After that, it should take about __ working days for your order to arrive at your door. For International order, it will roughly take about __ shipping days.
Q: Is there a guarantee for the suitcase?
A: If any defect arises within the warranty period, we
will repair the product free of charge. However, after the warranty period, we will charge fee per part. The warranty doesn’t apply to damage caused by scratching, abusing, burst zipper, misused, or accident.
Q: Can the suitcase size fit on the overhead compartment?
A: Please refer to individual airline websites for more
information on specific carry-on and checked baggage size and weight limitations.
